Communication was great during the entire process. They showed up on time and made the most efficient use of their time to keep it within the 2 hours I already paid for. I used them only for unloading help. They were friendly and placed my belongings in the rooms that I wanted them in, since I had an injured arm and couldn't be moving them around much. Nothing was damaged and I would use them again!
Chris was great in helping me analyze what was needed for the two-point unload, and the hours, hit it right on the dot! The movers Emmanuel and Joe were exceptional! Fantastic moving help. Chris called me right away to discuss details of my move and answered all of my questions ahead of time. He was prompt and his crew was hard working, careful with our belongings, and did an amazing job packing the boxes full. We ended up needing to have more boxes and Chris made sure they were available the next week to finish the job. I totally recommend CB relocation services without hesitation. I am extremely satisfied with their services.
Chris picked up a UBox for us, brought it to our location, unpacked it for us, then brought it back to U-Haul!. He was in constant contact with me throughout the entire process. Very polite and professional. He did a quick and exceptional job for us. I would hire him again in a heartbeat!
This was my first time using uhaul movers. Would 100 percent use CB Relocation Service again! They were so flexible with my difficult move, no complaints. Chris was very responsive and supportive of the move. Would 10 out of 10 recommend.
The guys were awesome and incredibly efficient. I had them scheduled for four hours to load and unload with about. 25 minute drive in between and they managed to finish early. They are hard workers and were very reliable, efficient, and treated my items with care. Thank you guys!
Chris and the other mover were great. Very personable, efficient, listened to how the move was laid out and packed both pods as tightly as they could. I had a 1 bed and 1 bath on the second floor with no elevator and they took it in stride. Would definitely use these guys again should I move back to the DFW area.
